YouTube AI Automation Pipeline
Overview
Konteyner Talks is a Turkish-language AI/tech podcast I run, and this is the reusable automation skill behind it, a general-purpose pipeline that turns a raw episode recording into everything needed to publish it: a YouTube video, Spotify episode, and social posts. Unlike my other two channels, it's not built around one specific content format, it's a broader podcast-to-multi-platform workflow with several chained sub-skills.
The transcription skill converts an MP3 into 7 output formats in one pass (plain text, SRT subtitles, JSON, per-speaker breakdown, chapters, statistics, and a Premiere Pro-ready import file), using a dual-provider setup, AssemblyAI as the primary engine for multi-speaker episodes with a free Groq fallback, plus Turkish filler-word detection and Claude-generated chapter titles.
A content-generation skill then reads that transcript and produces a full publishing package: a YouTube title and description, 15 tags, Twitter/X and LinkedIn posts, an Instagram caption with hashtags, Spotify show notes, three thumbnail concepts, and chapter timestamps, all in Turkish. YouTube upload, Spotify preparation, social auto-posting, and analytics tracking are all production-ready end to end.
